FAQ

When does free pricing end?

The free tier (listing + dashboard) is committed through 31 Dec 2026. We'll announce paid plans 60 days before any change.

How do payouts work?

You connect a Stripe Express account. Ticket buyers pay Stripe; Stripe routes funds to your bank account automatically, minus the 5% Sortida fee and Stripe's processing fee.

Can I refund a ticket?

Yes — from the Stripe dashboard (we surface a link in your partner billing page). Refunds reverse the application fee.

Do boosts auto-renew?

No. A boost runs for exactly 7 days, then expires. You decide whether to re-boost.
